Estimates say the TOD program will generate $16.9 million during the 20-year lifespan of the Extension Measure C program. The TOD Program is accruing approximately $864,880 annually. There is $1,500,000 available in the program as of December 31, 2017. Multi-year projects will be accepted contingent on the approval of the revised TOD Program Guidelines for project eligibility and scoring criteria.

Commuter Programs Available
The Commuter Carpool program will reward motorists who carpool to work or school. If you carpool at least twice a week, you can enter to win a $1,000 cash prize to be given away each month. Each eligible weekly entry qualifies carpoolers in the annual Grand Prize Drawing.
Senior Taxi Scrip Program
Fresno County seniors: receive a 75% discount on taxi fares with taxi scrip! Seniors 70 years and over are eligible for the scrip, which can be purchased at select FAX locations and senior centers, Clovis City Hall and by mail through Fresno COG.
Try a cost-effective alternative to driving alone. The farm worker vanpool program offers subsidies and reimbursements for new van pools to cover start-up costs such as medical exams, as well as driver incentives.
The Commuter Vanpool Program is a cost-effective way to get to your destinations safely and improve our air quality. You’ll be eligible for reimbursements that can cover start-up costs, or financial assistance to maintain your existing vanpool.
