The Fresno County Transportation Authority (Authority) is seeking proposals from qualified advertising, graphic arts, or public relations firms to assist the Authority with the Measure C Extension Public Outreach Program.  Measure C is Fresno County’s half-cent transportation sales tax for transportation improvements through the year 2027 as outlined in the Measure C Extension Expenditure Plan.

Your firm is invited to submit a proposal.  In addition to the RFP, enclosed is a copy of the 2006 Measure C Extension Expenditure Plan and samples of various media used in our previous outreach efforts.  You can also access our website at www.MeasureC.com.

Proposals must be completed according to the specifications provided in the attached RFP and received no later than 4:00 pm on Wednesday, November 1, 2023.  Proposing firms can email their written proposal or mail a hard copy along with a flash drive containing proposal to:
