The Measure C New Technology Reserve Program celebrated a historical day in aviation on May 9, 2024. Student Pilot, Josiah Bohanon, logged the first in-flight minutes aboard an all-electric airplane in the nation. A non-profit organization, New Vision Aviation, trains disadvantaged youth in Fresno how to fly planes and is paving the way for the Central Valley pilots to succeed.
